Bought a sink, toilet and mirror combo, had a driver go pick it up as we are 2 hours away. When it got delivered the bathroom company forgot to pack the mirror. I contacted Mark the owner who said he would post it out, 3 weeks later and numerous messages to which Mark gave excuses why he hadn’t shipped it out. He now has told me he is closing the business and I got it at a bargain price to I either pay to get it shipped or I can pick it up but he’s not sending it out.
As I said in my message to him, it’s very unprofessional and he shouldn’t treat a customer like that.
He’s given excuses that it’s been sent out but he will check then it was he was on holiday so will check when he’s back, then he was ill then he will tell the girls to send it.Frustrating is an understatement!!!
Glad it’s closing down at least nobody else will have to put up with being ripped off not getting what they paid for and what was promised to be sent out.

This is a super dodgy company - do not buy anything from this place or Designer Rads. I am still waiting for a refund from 3 months ago.
