We were looking for some mature beech hedging and Richard had enough in stock so we could plant it all in one go. We also picked up some lovely cherry trees. Very reasonable on price and was super helpful with lots of advice on planting and aftercare!

We went to Hedge Express to get a replacement 2.2m hornbeam to replace one in our hornbeam pleached arch in our garden that had died. The staff member who assisted us clearly knew his way around the extensive nursery area and we quickly found a suitable candidate. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and clearly loved his plants. We came away with 2 really healthy verbena plants, some specific shade loving plants and we could have spent several hours here.
The plants were neatly arranged, well cared for and much healthier than most plants in garden centres. It is primarily a nursery for hedging but has many hardy perennials and bi annuals.
They can get hold of large specimen trees from around the world and I will undoubtedly use them again and again; oh for a larger garden.
Prices were also better than I've seen online for similar plants.
This is a well run family business that has much for plant lovers. Very highly recommended.

My partner and I wanted to add some trees to our garden and Richard at Hedge Express made it very easy!

I am a complete novice when it comes to gardening and what plants/trees would be best suited for our garden. Richard asked plenty of questions about our garden and the area in which the trees would be planted, he suggested a few trees which would be well suited and explained everything very well. He had a quote emailed to me the same day and was happy to make amendments when I needed. The delivery of them was at a time convenient to me and took the stress out of transporting 2.5m-3.5m trees. Richard was happy to give advice on planting and looking after them and even other flowers that would look and do well in the garden.

Will be visiting again for when we want to add to put garden and would recommend highly to anyone.

We bought 6 x 20 litre pot Portugese Laurel bushes all excellent quality and great root balls. They came out of the pots easily and look great in situ. Delivered on time and help given with the heavy lifting. We have followed the spacing instructions and think they will knit together nicely to form a lovely hedge. Thanks to Gavin and his Team for all the advice and help they gave. Particularly Richard who showed us around all the options and the wide selection of hedging they have available. We would definitely recommend this Company.
