Incredibly unhelpful and very rude staff member. We came in to try sizes for school PE kit, when explaining to the lady what we were wanting to do, she laughed in my face saying they don’t hold sizes in and we wouldn’t be able to try anything on. After some time, some solutions were found and we were in fact able to try some on. This would have been good to have been offered these solutions in the first place rather than being mad to feel like we were an inconvenience to her.
We asked when the order would be ready and we were advised ‘probably towards the end of the week’. The following week came and we still hadn’t heard anything so left a voicemail on the Wednesday and again on the Thursday chasing the order. After not hearing anything back, I called again today (Friday) and spoke with the same woman we placed our order with. I found the same unapproachable attitude telling me she was going out at 9.30 so would look for my order when she’s back and would call me back in a few hours. When asked if the store would be open as I could just pop in to see if it could be located, she said it would be open and she’d look for my order now before she left…. (Not sure why this wasn’t an option before?)
When collecting the order and flagged these issues I was faced again with a rude, blase attitude where she was telling me they don’t just deal with our school?
If the shop can’t handle the load coming in from schools I would advise to reduce the amount of contracts taken on and I would really encourage a consideration for who is customer facing. This was a terrible first experience having to use this shop.

Awful, forced into dealing with them as the only option for our school. Ridiculous delay and then only received half an order. No update, nothing. According to my online account my order has been ‘shipped’ and that’s it. Never pick up the phone.

I am disappointed to say that I received the worst service from Nathan & his mother at funky stitch. They spent little to no time on my tee shirt design and told me multiple times they didn’t have time to deal with my orders. To follow that I was then charged £75 despite never receiving any products. I’d avoid at all costs.

Ordered something from ebay from them. Dispatched quickly and was delivered in 2 days. Delivery is one to 2 days. On the first day i was a bit worried about it not coming and then the next day it turned up without any problems. Thank You Hawkes Sports
