If you're looking for a good quality, premium kitchen with experienced fitters, kitchen designers who understand good customer service, and a good post fit support team, I wouldn't recommend Harvey Jones. If you use the Battersea branch, I would strongly avoid Boris. Terrible customer service from him, and actually at times rude.
The biggest disappointment is the post fit paint job that apparently is the best way to do it. Our kitchen is less than a year old and is covered in scuffs and chipped paint. If you have any issues with the way the drawers fit, it's a total nightmare to get fixed. I wouldn't use these guys again.

Very positive experience with Battersea branch of Harvey Jones - our designer Nicolle was very helpful throughout the process, from our initial meeting to installation. We had a great working relationship with her, which is key. Very pleased with result.

Purchased a kitchen from Harvey Jones Battersea some years ago, I’m was looking to extend my current kitchen units so going back to them was my obvious choice. However I didn’t expect that i would have to keep chasing them, obviously this branch of Harvey Jones doesn’t need my business.

Some serious customer service training needed.

Will be taking my business elsewhere!!!
