The staff are very helpful especially the owner who always go out of his way to help very old school and that personnel touch dealt with his son in recent years and he’s a chip off the old block bought a wonderful light fitting the other day and well pleased not cheap but looks the part you have to pay for quality Harrison lighting the place to go.

I made a purchase and when I wanted to return the item, they said I have never purchased it from them even when I had a receipt. I made a complaint and one of the owner's son, said the same considering I had receipt and there system stores a copy for future reference. I have used them for over a decade, not no more. They only interested in money and will lie through there teeth not to accept a return. USE SOME ONE ELSE AND STAY AWAY.

After visiting the Halifax showroom, I received excellent practical help, which was just what I needed. I would definitely recommend a visit to the impressive showroom too,... I can't thank the staff enough for the attention to detail, of the kind missing so often in the retail sector.. Top quality.

Over priced items, we are in the age of the internet and overcharging to the extreme for bulb is not good business. An if you wish for week long waiting periods for sockets that can be shipped in 48 hours max especially when your paying £14 a sockets I would recommend using other outlets. I don't recommend this to any of my customers.
