I have been really impressed by the customer service. Emailed the team today and received a response from Whitney within hours solving my issue with no fuss. Rather randomly a sink cracked (no other issues with the products bought which are fantastic quality). I have a new one being sent to me with no hassle. Some time ago I bought a Scudo D-shaped toilet seat for a client but it wouldn't fit their pan. I recently found a client who did need that seat but the hinges had gone AWOL, so I bought a "universal" set from Amazon, which didn't fit. I phoned Harrison Bathrooms for their advice and Eve was most helpful and arranged for a set to be sent to me. Very happy client and very happy installer!
