We couldn't have been more pleased or impressed with our new kitchen. The epitome of an excellent family run business. Nick the owner is a man of few words, his advice and guidance is on point and he was absolutely right with everything he recommended. Additional design input and colour way advice from his daughter Billie and the installation completed by his son Louis and his team - Louis is a true craftsman a pleasure to work with. The quality of the product is excellent and cannot be faulted. The customer service couldn't be faulted either - Paige was there to help every step of the way, proactively keeping us updated on progress and flexible on timings when our build was delayed.. I had the chance to work with “Handmade Kitchen Co” in one of my projects recently.
As an interior architect, I’m highly satisfied with the service they have provided in terms of communication as well the kitchen itself.
As the communication is an essential part of the process before and after the sign off; the make, installation and worktop details are exactly as I designed thanks to “Handmade Kitchen Co” team. They were also precise on timing and proceeded all stages with a progressive punctuality.

I cannot recommend Handmade Kitchen company highly enough. From first contact to finish they have been excellent.

They are really easy to work with - super responsive to any calls or emails and extremely helpful - happy to answer any questions or provide further information. We found them , at all times, to be honest and upfront even when there were issues with external suppliers and in relation to cost. Paige in their office is such an asset to them - a real pleasure to work with.

Being a family run private business (as opposed to a chain) they are able to work with the customer in a cohesive and flexible way which is so needed when you are embarking on a renovation project. Our building work was delayed many times and Handmade Kitchen just worked with us until we were ready for the install. We doubt that a larger commercial outfit would have had the same patience

We had a good idea of what we wanted before we met with them in terms of layout but Nick and Billie listened really carefully to how we lived and what we were trying to achieve before providing us with a design that needed very little tweaking. The kitchen has given us an incredible living space that meets our needs in every way.

The cabinetry itself is beautifully made and bespoke to the nooks and cranny's of our kitchen. We have free reign on colour so spent time colour swatching until we found exactly what we wanted. It was all painted on site and Mick and his son did an amazing job.

Louis was responsible for installation and, again, he and his team took pride in their work and with time and patience fitted the kitchen perfectly.
It is all finished of nicely with high end appliances that Handmade Kitchen were able to supply. Our end kitchen is stunning and exactly what we wanted .

If you want a bespoke handmade beautiful kitchen and go through the process with a lovely team of people who are genuinely only interested in giving you the best service and best product possible then look no further. Thank you so much Nick, Billie, Louis and Paige and everyone else in your team.

We bought our kitchen from Handmade Kitchen Co in Jan 2021. Almost 2years on and we are just as happy with the kitchen now as we were on day 1. The build quality and fitting are brilliant, along with Nick's design suggestions, have helped create our dream kitchen.
This month (Dec2022) we had some small plumbing issues underneath the sink, caused by some 'settling in' from the build. HKC didn't owe us anything, but we asked if they would help fix the issue, which they did without question.
For aftersales support, I think that is simply brilliant service.
