We went to Hamptons for a single story rear extension and substantial ground floor alterations, together with a new kitchen, in the Solihull area in 2024. They provided a detailed quotation and were helpful though the quotation process enabling us understand the various construction elements and also in designing a fantastic kitchen to suit our requirements and budget. We started the project in September with work completed around Feb. We found the team on site to be extremely courteous and friendly, and they always left the site as tidy as reasonably possible at the end of each day, and were considerate towards our neighbours. We needed to stay at the property throughout (with young children) and Hamptons were able to accommodate this and support by ensuring we had a temporary kitchen set up, and by minimising the time without central heating to a few days. Hamptons managed all aspects of the build including interfacing with building control and our structural engineer, and coordinating the various tasks on site including electrics, plumbing, plastering and decorating. The total project was to budget with the exception of some specification changes/choices and a few changes due to building control requirements like foundation depth. Hamptons operated a very clear change to works process so that this was transparent throughout. Using Hamptons for the kitchen meant integration of this part of the project was seamless. Hamptons were responsive in resolving a few snags/issues along the way that could be considered par for the course for a major construction project. Overall we are very happy with our new space and would recommend Hamptons for this type of work.

Everyone we dealt with at Hamptons was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
All the contractors that worked on the house were obviously experts in their own field and had exceptionally high standards of workmanship.
There were a couple of issues inevitably, as there was a lot of work going on, it is naïve to think everything is always going to run to plan but a contractor should be judged on how issues are dealt with. Hamptons never tried to shirk responsibility, they always found solutions, and we never felt uncomfortable in our home. We never felt that a subpar job was going to be done or that we were going to be overcharged for anything. We had faith throughout the process that the finished result was going to be as amazing as it is and completed to an exceptionally high standard. We have had so many compliments on our kitchen.
We would not hesitate to recommend Hamptons. They were not the cheapest quote we had but I feel their prices are honest and broken down clearly so you can make an informed decision and know exactly what you are paying for from the start. Some contractors will give you a low quote that is then added to as you go and have no choice but to continue and pay. This was not the case with Hamptons. Everything was project managed by them from start to finish.
There are many people to thank and I wouldn’t want to miss anyone out but I would particularly like to thank Laurie whose knowledge, demeanour and attention to detail is an asset to Hamptons.

The team at Hampton Group recently completed the reconstruction of a large patio area and garden room/office for us. We're delighted with the end result as it was a complex job with lots of different levels to work out. The on site team took great pride in their work and were sensitive to the fact that we were living there throughout, clearing up at the end of each day so we didn't feel like we were living on a building site. The process was a really good one with no surprises on budget and, while it took longer to complete than anticipated, this was down to weather conditions and illness rather than anything within Hampton's control. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We would highly recommend Hampton, we used the team for a build, internal changes, flooring, kitchen and doors/windows.
It wasn't a simple job due to the piling required, from the pre-build, the building, fitting teams and all the bits between, gas, electrical, flooring and painting teams etc have been great to deal with.
They are a team that knows what to do, need little to no input and get on with a great job. Now I need to look at the rest of the house to get it up to the same level.

I was reomended to use the Hampton Group and it was a great recommendation. The initial design was with Eraj who did a great job in designing the kitchen. Gary was the fitter and again did a perfet job and kept the kitchen clean and tidy whie fitting. The end product is amazing.

The installation of our Belsay Cashmere kitchen has brought us immense pleasure. The journey to Worcester may have been long, there may have been ‘ bumps’ along the way but the manner in which challenges were resolved met with our approval.
Keira ,dispatched the warranty promptly.

We chose ‘ Hampton’ after seeing their exhibition stand at ‘ The Renovation Show’, Birmingham. The passion of Eraj Younas and her invitation to visit the Balsall Common Showroom captured our interest.

We were impressed with the kitchen cabinetry . The rigid colour coded carcasses with the solid backs surpassed the offerings of their competitors. In addition, we desired the ‘ 5 piece wrapped doors’ which they could source. Their product and the tour of the factory confirmed that we were ‘ buying into’ quality . Thanks to Dale at the factory who made the tea and introduced us to the Hampton products.

We enjoyed a positive experience with the thoughtful Designer Daljit Singh. He listened , responded to ‘ my whims’ ( he is complimented on following up our many requests) and was exceedingly friendly. In addition, he showed compassion when an unexpected health condition our plans.

Tommy the fitter made a great start to our installation and showed skill.

Gary is highly commended for his ‘ snagging’.He is commended for his honesty, pragmatism and ability to ‘ put things right’.

The person for whom we have enormous admiration is Laurie Spears . His innate skills, knowledge and ability to foresee ‘ problems’ was outstanding. He filled us with confidence when he visited and made suggestions at the site visit. Laurie is an exceptionally talented person; a perfect ambassador for the company.

Finally, Tracy , got us sorted post installation. She has refined communication skills and kept us posted. Thanks… love the bins, the under sink liners and the cutlery trays.

We had a 2 story extension with Hamptons and I would highly recommend them.

Initial planning and designing was excellently coordinated by Jade and their architect. The actual project ran smoothly. Inevitably there were going to be hiccups with a project our size. But these were professionally managed and rectified. We are delighted with the final result and after care provided. Thank you for all the team, with a special mention to Tracy for getting the whole project completed.
