We were recommended to Hallmark Kitchens by a friend, and are so glad with our choice!

During our visit to the showroom, Ian listened carefully to our requirements and worked with us to design the perfect kitchen within our budget.

The overall project, as part of a house extension, was complicated, and this created one or 2 challenges. Ian went out of his way to visit us to help resolve the problems and provided an exceptional customer experience during a stressful time.

The result is a wonderful kitchen for which we have received so many compliments.

I would without hesitation recommend Hallmark Kitchens to anyone looking to design and install a new kitchen.

Selecting a new kitchen can be quite daunting as there’s so much detail to consider and our fit out needed to work around the remodelling of our house so timings and budget were also key considerations for us. When we visited Hallmark we felt like a weight had been taken off our shoulders as you immediately get a sense of quality when you step through the door of their showroom and from the outset Lawrence was very helpful and professional, guiding us through the options and quickly providing us with excellent drawings and a detailed build schedule .
The build went really well and communication between us , Hallmark and the various contractors ensured everything went to plan. Inevitably there’s going an element of snagging to attend to (eg incorrect parts delivered) but Hallmark were immediately on the case and re-ordered whatever parts needed replacing without question. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Hallmark Kitchens to family, friends or anyone who’s considering a new kitchen .

Matt and the team at Hallmark designed and delivered our kitchen to the very highest standard. The entire experience was a pleasure and the result is a top quality kitchen exactly as designed. Our budget was modest but the result exceeded expectations, with all units and hardware with a top-end look and feel. Hallmark spent time with us looking at samples and advising on layout etc, which was a huge benefit and allowed us a freedom to be creative and also practical at the same time. I would recommend Hallmark without hesitation for a considerate, creative and above all high quality experience.

Hallmark did a brilliant job on our kitchen and utility room, offering a stunning kitchen for far less than “big name” kitchen companies. They worked seamlessly with our fitters and worktop suppliers, making the most of a fairly awkward room layout. Their aftersales service has also been excellent, meaning if we ever need a new kitchen we will be going back to Hallmark, and would recommend them to anyone.

Thankfully we found Hallmark Kichens after a Google search. Based on their other reviews we decided to contact them and James was prompt to respond.
At our first appointment James had given us ideas for our kitchen renovation that we didn't think possible.

Lawrence and the team at Hallmark have been brilliant from start to finish.

Choosing a kitchen is a daunting experience but they guided us through the design process with ease, helping us choose colours and material finishes that complement each other perfectly.

At no point were we 'sold' to - the whole process was clear and simple and their communication throughout was a welcomed reassurance that we were in safe hands.

Our builders took on the task of fitting the kitchen and they didn't have a bad word to say about the product itself. In fact, they were highly complimentary, mentioning how good quality everything was on more than one occasion.

We couldn't be happier with the Hallmark experience. And it goes without saying that the kitchen itself really is a thing of beauty.

Fantastic experience with Hallmark. Everything went with hardly a glitch. Matt understood exactly what we wanted but suggested his own ideas. Pricing was competitive with other quotes but we feel we ended up with much more of a personal service and a better kitchen with high end appliances. Good communication between Matt and the fitters and Graham who did fit the kitchen was great with a high attention to detail. Would definitely recommend.
