I brought my bike in for some issues with the brake, and for a general service/maintenance. After the assessment, the technician told me the needed changes, wich would've costed £68, with a possibility to change the break pads, which would've bring the sum up to £97.
I have agreed to a silvet service, a cassette and chain change, and the possible break pad change, and the technician handed me a receipt of £68.
On the same afternoon, I have received the e-mail, that my sum is going up to £97, thank you for agreeing to it. (which I verbally did).
Only at the time of collection it has been noticed, that he did not add the silvet service to the quote, and that brought my sum up to £156.
It is an almost extra £100 added charge, knowing that the platinum service would've cost £140, I feel like I have delibaretaly been tricked into the larger cost, but the very least, the technician have made a mistake costing me over £60.
I would like this to be investigated.

The repairs carried out has been brilliant, the back break is a little away from the desired, but everything else is spotless.

I needed a new battery for my car. It was so easy. I walked in and the gentleman behind the counter helped me figure out which battery was best for my car. He made sure I got all the available discounts with the premium motoring club. The gentleman who installed the battery got right to work. He removed the old battery and installed the new one in no time. My car is a bit old so it proved to be a bit of a difficult job getting the battery removed. But he worked on it and made sure it was completed properly.

Terrible product. I had to use an angle grinder to alter the hook end so that it would hook over the wheel spokes! It's also worth bearing in mind that although the product claims not to cause damage to rims, it does mark the rim if it is aluminium. I'm normally a fan of Halfords but on this occasion, it's a poor product for me.

Very impressed with the Road Angel Halo Ultra 4K Dashcam that I had fitted on 20th Jan at Halfords Banbury. The fitting was Excellent so neat you cannot see any wires it took just over an hour to complete the job.
