Had really good service from Emmanuel in store. I needed my wedding & engagement ring resized and he spent plenty of time with me ensuring I got the correct size and price. He was really friendly, polite and professional. He really wanted to reassure me of the service provided of my most sentimental items.

It was my first experience at shop buying watch in UK. I felt hesitation at the begining since it was very first time my watch purchase at store and have very less knowledge about brands. However, one of the employee names Saurabh approached and helped me to select watch, explained the offers and helped every step during my visit. They also fixed the length of my watch.

Wonderful experience I had today in the store. Lara was polite and helpful. With patience she helped me choose the bangle I was there for. Additionally I was offered a £25 voucher for my next purchase and the warranty options were carefully presented to me for the jewellery I’ve just purchased.
