Having decided on Siematic as replacement for our old kitchen, we discovered that Grid Thirteen were our nearest supplier. We were a little nervous at first using a company we had no experience of, but to our delight Natalie and Rebecca proved outstanding in every way. From the initial plans and renders to the creative finishes, and of course the installation, Grid Thirteen proved utterly faultless. Gaz our fitter was brilliant and spent so much time making sure each aspect of the kitchen was installed to perfection, we really can’t fault anything! The end result is a unique, practical but above all beautiful kitchen which is just as we’d hoped for. We would without hesitation recommend anyone looking for a new kitchen to visit Grid Thirteen.”

We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen! Not only is it beautiful but also incredibly functional. The Bora hob and extractor does exactly what it should as well as looking amazing.
Natalie literally read my mind when it came to the design and we went with that design right the way through to install.
This project was delivered through the pandemic, which made it hugely challenging for Grid Thirteen, but they were incredibly professional throughout.

We simply couldn’t recommend Grid Thirteen and the whole team enough. This is our second kitchen from them which speaks volumes in itself. When it came to needed a new kitchen there was only one place we were ever going to go. We worked closely with Natalie on our ideas and then we sat back whilst her and the team did the rest. The service from start to finish is simply fantastic. From presentations of designs in their stunning showroom, through to the effortless project management and the the precise installs, the Grid Thirteen team take care of everything! Natalie and Rebecca were constantly in contact to keep us in the know in regards to timings and finishing. Once the kitchen was complete we had a site visit from Natalie who guided us through all our new products and to make sure we were completely happy, which of course we were!

We absolutely love our kitchen from Grid 13, it's everything we imagined and more. Natalie and Emily went above and beyond to help create our open plan kitchen/dining area.

Our project was a new build and from the start Natalie helped, advised, guided, and supported us through all the decision making in designing our dream kitchen. We came across a few setbacks as we started during the pandemic, but Natalie and her team dealt with everything in a truly professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble for Natalie she would call, email and visit to make sure everything was on track.

Our kitchen fitter Gaz was outstanding, a perfectionist who took his time to make sure everything was to the highest of standards.

Grid thirteen was the third company we talked to about our dream kitchen in our new build home.
The difference in the management of the design and build was apparent from the start. The initial approach was very thorough and different to how we had worked before but we now fully understand how learning about our family and how we live was the best first step to creating a space that worked entirely the way we do.
We are not creative enough to put colour schemes and textures together which is why the previous two attempts didn’t work for us. We wanted to be given inspiration and ideas and that is exactly what we received from Natalie and Rebecca.
When we saw the draft designs we were desperately looking for things that didn’t work or we didn’t like. We didn’t find any and we virtually followed their design fully.
As we expected, there were a couple of snagging issues. It was a painless process to resolve them, no battles or difficulties, everything was dealt with quickly and professionally, seamless.
We have a beautiful kitchen that is everything we had hoped for and Grid Thirteen were a fabulous team to work with, we highly recommend them. David & Jo, Higher Reach House.

I am really pleased with my new Kitchen from Grid 13, and would definitely recommend this fabulous company. From start to finish, including all the delays I had because of my builders, they were incredibly patient, and couldn’t do enough to accommodate my plans. I was also delighted with the after care service, as well as the lovely flowers and champagne they gave me.

Not knowing at all what I wanted, I had an appointment with Natalie and Rebecca, who design and advise, and within a couple of hours they had designed my dream kitchen. The colour choices were really in keeping with the modern style home I was trying to create, and the quality is exceptional.

From the planning stage to delivery, everything was smooth and efficient, and even when I went back to change a couple of items, nothing was too much trouble.
