Kitchen looks great, we had issues with the original installation with some parts being fitted poorly and incorrectly. These problems were partially rectified by a second team. We have an issue with our integrated dinning table which due to the design of the table support we are unable to get 4 chairs under it. We were assured that this would be rectified as soon as a fitting team became available as the new table parts have been manufactured, we've now been waiting over a year.
We have contacted great look on a number of occasions only to be told the same tale.

Another great design and installation by Greatlook Design. To create media furniture that blends so well with our existing lounge and kitchen is just what we wanted and it’s surpassed all of our expectations. What a fantastic experience from start to finish. The planning, the design, the product, the attention to detail and the ingenious way our kitchen was brought together was just amazing & far exceeded our expectations. The showroom staff were amazing, their frequent interactions ensured the job was completed on time, nothing was a problem. We had our £15000 kitchen installed in Feb 2024, install took 2 weeks, after the install we contacted Great Look to advise them on some broken parts an incorrect cupboard that was installed and some other minor items. We had a visit where all the points were noted.

We left it two months till April/May before contacting them to chase up on progress only to be told the salesman had left and they were working through the backlog and to bear with them.

Contacted again in July, this time no reply. We are still left with an unfinished kitchen, broken parts and an incorrect cupboard 6 months after the installation.

Ian & Michelle have been fantastic in sharing design tips, managing our expectations due to builders unrealistic time scales and generaly holding our hands to enable us to live the dream in our new home. Do not buy your kitchen from here! Had nothing but issues since it was first put in. When we bought the kitchen did not state how the doors would not have very long longevity. Shocking customer service they just do not want to know now that it is out of warranty. No sympathy at all.

Just had a kitchen fitted fantastic service from the first time we walked in the show room. Great design advice and service from Terry. Gary our kitchen fitter was fantastic. Couldn’t recommend this company enough. From start to finish they delivered what they promised. We love it.

Well if you think all kitchens are the same standard set of units just arranged differently then think again.  We thought we had a vision to create the ideal functional layout while delivering something with visual impact.  Having visited several suppliers we were right, well until we visited Great Look. The design they proposed integrated into the flow of the house and the design features not only delivered an  excellent functional space but stunning visual impact. Everyone who has seen this masterpiece have been blown away and left speechless.  Delivery and support went seamlessly considering the scope of works, from showroom to final touches the whole team performed above expectations, we couldn't have imagined such dedication and perfection from this top team.

To fully integrate into the house Great Look were also able to custom build a sideboard and console table utilising the same unit materials which enable the design to flow through the house, making the 'kitchen units' be more integrated furniture than merely standard boxes bolted together. And a final pleasant surprise was the price, came in cheaper than some of the 'leading' national suppliers!
