Excellent service from design to installation and completion. We were looking for a complete redesign of our existing kitchen space. Jack provided us with a new design working innovatively with the restrictions of the room. He helped us with the many decisions regarding appliances, furniture, worktops etc. The installation was completed on time and to a very high standard. Would highly recommend.

From the moment we walked into the showroom, the service we received from Great British Kitchens has been exceptional.

We had several visits to the showroom to discuss different ideas and options. Jack’s knowledge was invaluable when it came to finalising the design. We never felt rushed or under pressure to make a decision which allowed us to come up with a design we were 100% happy with.

Jack visited us at home several times throughout the process which enabled him to meet with the other trades working on our house which ensured when it came to the installation the build and design plans were seamlessly aligned. Everything was also delivered on time and with due care and attention.

Similarly, when it came to fitting our kitchen, we were so impressed by Jeremy's attention to detail and care he took for every aspect. We couldn't be happier with the finish and really highlights just how skilled he is.

We were so happy with the kitchen when it was finished, we decided to add further units to our dining room. Jack designed two beautiful glass cabinets to match the kitchen and made the whole space feel complete.

We could not be happier with the end result or our entire experience working with Great British Kitchens.

3 years on from a major house renovation and still delighted with our fabulous kitchen. Would highly recommend using Great British Kitchens & Interiors. Great service from start to finish - Vince and Jack were so helpful in understanding our requirements and designing a kitchen which we continue to love. They were very patient with us whilst we made our decisions and worked around our build programme and its changing goal posts. Everyone involved was highly professional and friendly and we would definitely use again if required!

With a property that dates back to 1485 and numerous hurdles such as uneven floors, low ceiling, beams and posts I knew that it would take a very good kitchen designer to make a dream kitchen. From the moment we stepped into your showroom in Polehill I knew I didn’t want to buy a kitchen from anywhere else. The experience of walking around each kitchen you had on display with all the unique features & designs gave us an absolute thrill. The craftsmanship & finish were of the most top quality.

The personal service given by Vince & Jack is the best client service we have ever received. They were amazing and so nice. Their extensive knowledge of kitchens & appliances is off the scale and their skill of designing kitchens amazing. Nothing was too much trouble from coming to the house to measure up to talking through different handles or demonstrating the large range of hobs & appliances. Vince came to the house even when our electrician was here to ensure all the sockets where in the right place. Not only that but we enjoyed our visits to see them & the endless coffees & chats we had.

When we agreed on the delivery date of the kitchen & timeframe for fitting we expected it would run over but there were no delays. The fitter & the kitchen arrived on the exact date and was completed within the three weeks given by Vince.

Jeremy our kitchen fitter was amazing. So pleased to have someone who cared so much about doing a good job and getting everything just right even down to how the handles were fitted. The finish is perfection true craftsmanship & nothing was too much trouble.

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen which definitely has the wow factor. It has changed our lives as not only does it look beautiful but it is also massively practical & just a joy to be in. It the heart of the home where we loved to be as family.
