Delivery has been delayed due to a broken down vehicle. Apparently. If (and this seems unlikely) my order arrives tomorrow it will have taken 5 days to get my parcels from Heathrow to Edinburgh. The management seem to find it totally acceptable for customers to wait in for long periods for orders and them then not turn up. It was quicker to get the stock here from China that 400 miles up the A1. Avoid if you can.
