From day one Grand Kitchens in Birmingham showed enthusiasm over our kitchen, utility and pantry project. Nothing was too much trouble and despite us changing our minds many times the designer was always extremely accommodating and sympathetic to our needs and wants, always using his knowledge and experience to steer us into making the correct decision. The excellent level of service and professionalism was displayed by all the team. The fitters were always punctual, very discreet and carried out an excellent job. The whole project from start to finish was without fault, extremely well managed and made the whole experience as stress free as possible. The quality of the product (Schuller NX range) is second to none and I would not hesitate in recommending Grand Kitchens.

Must say the team at Grand Kitchens were amazing from the initial design stage through to fitting and completion of out kitchen. They were able to provide a high spec kitchen that was within our budget, they kept us well informed all the time, and there after service has been great. Most of all they deliver on time !!!! We purchased our bespoke German Kitchen from Grand Kitchens in Jan 2018. A very professional service from design stage through to installation. Right from when we walked into the showroom we were welcomed with plenty of time to walk around to decide what sort of design we would like. The designer (Harman) was creative, dynamic and innovative with his suggestions, helpful and accommodating to the multiple changes that we made to the design. The CAD design was excellent and gave us a great idea of what the kitchen would look like when finished. The fitting team (Ricky) went above and beyond our expectations and their craftsmanship was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, they even told us what they would be doing and how long it would take. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend this company. Harman and Ricky keep up the good work!

Harman is an absolute hero as far as kitchen designers go. We are putting in a brand new kitchen in my parents house. Before we went to Harman I had been to a fair few kitchen designers. Where Harman is a cut above the rest is his attention to detail, he cares about final design, Ricky and the team make sure installation is done to a high standard. There is a skill in designing kitchens, and in my experience, most kitchen designers don't have a clue. Save yourself a headache and skip straight to Grand Kitchens. We went in a number of times to see Harman, we went through every unit and appliance, we made sure it was exactly what my mother needed to cook and my parents would need for their old age. Harman is knowledgeable about his products, smart with design and he is detailed, thorough and patient. We ended up with a great kitchen!

We were in the middle of a complete house renovation project in Solihull when we started looking at kitchens. It became clear after a lot of research and shopping around that a German kitchen is the only option we will go for. We came across Grand Kitchens stand at the Home renovation show at the NEC and we never looked back. We visited their show room, we chose the material we liked and Harman, the sales manager/Designer, did a fantastic job. They were very flexible and accommodated all our requests, including last minute change of delivery/fitting dates due to delay in building work, change of appliances after order was made etc. When it comes to fitting,organising dates and dealing with any problems, Ricky, the senior manager, is on a different league. No matter how big is the problem he will take care of every thing and make it look simple.
We have been enjoying the use of this beautiful kitchen for the last 4 months and we could not be happier. It is not just the design..it is more importantly the quality of the kitchen. We had great complimentary comments from friends/relatives. All in all we are very happy with every thing...Design, material and above all after sales service. we will be definitely going back as now they started doing German utility rooms and wardrobes. Thank you very much Ricky and Harman.
