They gave us friendly and reliable advice and any issues (there are always issues in every building project) were sorted quickly and cheerfully. To top it all off, the prices were great. I will definitely reach out to Gracious Living again if I ever need to re-do a bathroom. They are a real gem in Highams Park (E4).

We had a fantastic experience working with Gracious Living to design both our spacious new bathroom in our loft conversion and with a refurb of our space-limited first floor bathroom.

Having never done any renovation or redecoration project like this before, I was really daunted and didn't really know where to begin. Paul and Neil and the whole Gracious Living team guided us through the whole process in such a relaxed, friendly and professional way. We had an initial meeting where we talked about the lay-out and design we were after and looked through all the different options for making the most of the space. Paul has such a good grasp of the different designs and options out there but seemed to have a really good sense of what would be right for us. The team were also very accommodating of my 2 year old joining us at appointments and dropping various snacks over the floor! They provided quotes swiftly and generous discounts on certain items. We were welcome to go back as many times as we wanted or chat through any changes over the phone.

They worked with our loft building company to arrange delivery of all the items at the right times and were able to keep some in storage until we needed them. In a couple of instances were items were not right or needed they were happy to take them back.

Overall it was an incredibly positive experience to work with such a nice friendly team - thank you and we are delighted with the results.

What can I say!!! What an absolutely amazing service received from Craig and Neil. Amazingly quick service from order to delivery and couldn’t do enough to try and help get the delivery when needed. Craig is an amazing guy he has renovated our downstairs rooms from start to finish and I cannot fault the work he left the work space immaculate each evening and finished the job to a very high standard.
