First used Gill's two years ago when they did an excellent job replacing shower and shower unit. Tiling, decorating and electrics also done. I'm writing on behalf of my elderly Mother, who commissioned Gill's to replace her bath with a walk in shower, along with associated tiling and plumbing. This was necessary due to her ongoing health problems. From the very first visit by Jo Hazeldine, it was clear that Gill's were kind and attentive and quickly provided a plan and an estimate for the work. As my mother is poorly, they then went out of their way to juggle other jobs around and reduce the lead time for fitting to only a couple of weeks. On the agreed first day the fitter, Paul, arrived at 8am as expected and worked tirelessly throughout the week to get the job done. He was efficient, friendly and kind throughout and to say that my mother is absolutely delighted would be an understatement. We couldn't recommend Gill's, and their staff, highly enough. We have just had our bathroom modernised by Gills, we met a very nice woman called Jo, Jo designed and priced it for us and didn't leave out any detail. Simon the fitter came to fit it, what a lovely guy, he listened to any concerns I had and helped out tremendously. He had a guy called alex that would help now and again. There maybe cowboy companies out there, but this company isn't one of them, I would fully recommend them 1000 percent. And would recommend them totally.
