Tremendous support from these folks (particularly Nigel) for the outside lighting for our extensive garden landscaping project. The help with selecting options and then tweaking the specification until final order was exemplary. Out of the box 4 lights didn't work when installed. The suggestion from the company when I contacted them was to try swapping lights around which did work to check the connections. i.e. trial and error. Took a long time testing - the connection to the main cable is very primitive and flimsy - clipping teeth to break through to the copper wire. Then swapping light bulbs around to check those.
Also tiny screws are used to fix the tops of the fence lights - at my age almost impossible to do. Taking those on and off to check was a nightmare.
Eventually, after much trial and error found that 2 bulbs did not work and 1 spot light - all obviously faulty.
I have always had lights around my garden - robust and easy to install, bought from a local supplier - Lanlee Supplies - but when we had our garden re-designed and landscaped I made the mistake of ordering online from Garden Light Shop because of the offer of designing a layout.
In all, it has been a very frustrating and time consuming experience and I'm left with a poorer quality end product than the ones I've had for the last 20 years.

Great service and communication, I wasn’t sure what I needed and how to wire it up and was really pleased with the help and support, including the wiring diagram.
There was a problem with one of the lights but a new part was sent out straight away no problem.
