Just finished installing my shower from galaxy showers and honestly couldn’t be happier. The shower looks great works and dream and the service and help from the guys was outstanding. I would 100% recommend these, had steam showers for years but never had one with the steam outlet like this. 👍

We brought the shower in January and we are very happy to review it and report that it does everything we need Jay and Josh have been fantastic from start to finish when I needed to replace one of the Shampoo bottles they have been very helpful and could not have been more helpful

Galaxy showers customer service is exceptional.
We brought a GalaxyPro X05 steam cabin 6 months ago but only recently had this fitted. Due to in correct fitting of the Roof( nothing connected to Galaxy Showers) the roof fell in snapping and breaking the electrical components. Upon speaking with Galaxy Showers they have offered free replacements at no cost.
Not many companies offer this level of service. Thank you galaxy showers for excellent customer service and great support during the fitting process.

So helpful, we’re able to talk me through the differences in the shower to find the model that beat suited my needs. Unfortunately due to living in quite an old property I discovered after placing the order that installation wouldn’t be possible. Josh was so understanding and even refunded me the deposit I had paid. Highly recommend these guys and will certainly order from them in the future.

Bought the X05 shower pod, from Jay two years ago. Looks fantastic and stylish, easy to assemble, so didn’t hesitate to return to him in June 2021 and make a further purchase when developing another property.
Jay is always polite and curtious and item delivers straight to the door. Would recommend Galaxy showers. Good value too.

I purchased a shower cubicle a few years ago now. A few nights ago one of the kids decided to do pull ups on the glass self 🤯 snapping the inside components. After not being able to find replacement parts online anywhere. I contacte galaxy showers to see if they could (YAY 🙌 ) They can! My shower will be long out of warranty but they went above and beyond to help me out. BRILLIANT customer service 😁👍. I Highly recommend galaxy showers to anyone and everyone.
