The service received from Fiximer was above and beyond
The service received from Fiximer was second to none.  The delivery time was very speedy. The quality of the packing of the stairway we ordered was perfect. Nothing could have damaged the contents because it was packed so well. The quality of the wood was superb. Our carpenter was so impressed with it he has recommended Fiximer to other customers since fitting our staircase.  When making a query with staff on the phone they were very helpful polite and efficient  We can highly recommend Fiximer

We bought some oak products for our stairs from fiximer.
We’ve used the company a few times too quality products and arrived in perfect condition there was a missing item but that turned up in 24hours the lady organising was so good at sorting it out ready for the fitting at the weekend

First time using as a DIYer. Absolutely brilliant product. Great service tracked delivery well packaged as its a premium product.
Great on value cheaper then rubbish fast grown pine from the main brands of BQ wickes etc. Defiantly reccomend.

I have ordered my cladding/replacement stairs here. The quality of the stairs are good. The steps are wood where as the raisers are MDF wrapped with oak veneer. Customer service is also outstanding. Had to order a replacement step (Made a mistake on a cut) I mentioned I had broken a small piece and if I could get a link to order said piece. They decided to throw it in for free. Which was really nice. Also really good price and came way earlier than expected
