There are many kitchen suppliers/designers out there, all offering a similar service. It can be difficult to choose the right one. However, now that or kitchen has been completed, we are very pleased that we chose Fentons.
From the outset, Craig and Hannah listened carefully to our requirements and did their best to meet our specific needs. When the work started, we were impressed with the whole team, their attention to detail and high standards of workmanship. Scott, who co-ordinated the work on the ground, was a skilled and efficient professional, communicating well throughout the process and respecting our wishes at all times.
We are delighted with the finish of our re-modelled kitchen and are enjoying the extra space it provides. Thank you!

We used Fentons last year for our new kitchen which included creating a new room in the existing space for a toilet and utility and using the chimney space to create a space for the hob. We used them again this year for a major update to the bathroom, going from an old bath to a modern walk in shower. They really care about ensuring you are happy with the end results and will support with reasonable requests for changes. They do not leave you in the lurch if the next job is due to start, they will make sure you get a quality finish to the room. The on-site person we had both times was Scott and he is lovely to deal with, cares about the job being great and does excellent work. Highly recommend.

Small business but great service. Had bedroom fitted during the Covid pandemic. Full design service provided. Craig and Claire explained the whole process from start to finish. Kept us up to date with the order. Yes things were delayed but not through the fault of Fentons. (It was due to lockdown.)The staff and fitters were professional throughout. Nothing bad to say about them. Returned to do the bits of "snagging" after. Good job done and happy to recommend. Will have them back again to fit the 2nd bedroom when ready.

After water damage to my wall kitchen cupboards, the insurance company sent various kitchen companies round and all seemed to be quoting for a whole new kitchen. Quoting £15 - 17,000 and would have cost me £7 - 8,000. Not one suggested new carcases. I didn't like the choice of doors or corner units.

Finally I visited Fentons. Amazingly it was the first kitchen showroom I passed. But this time I went in. Boy was I pleased with the result. I went in and Hannah listened and said she was sure Craig could make a corner unit for me. Craig came round and measured up and 6 weeks later I've got new carcases and my original doors, for a fraction of the price other kitchen companies were quoting. I'm so happy. SCOT worked tirelessly and tidied up each day. I decided I could do with extra electrical sockets. Hey presto...Paul came the next day and fitted me 4 double sockets. All part of Craig's band of recommended skilled workpeople he has working for him.

I can't recommend Fentons highly enough. We had a superb kitchen fitted a couple of years ago, the workmanship, the customer service and everything has been fantastic. We also then had our en-suite refurbished last year and only recently had our bathroom done. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I must say that Craig was very patient with us as I don't know how many times we changed our minds on different fittings... Just brilliant. Five Stars every time from us. 🙂

We have just had our separate bathroom and toilet knocked into one room and completely refitted. From our initial visit every aspect of the project has been superb. The advice about planning and the products to choose was excellent but I must give a special mention to our fitters, Jamie and Joe who were first class. Not only two of the most pleasant people I have ever met but provided a first class service, having the utmost respect for our home throughout the whole process.Thankyou so much. A Great local place that takes care of its customers. Craigs team came to measure up, and they were very quick and very efficient when installing the en-suite bathroom. Jamie and Joe, tradesmen are a great credit to Fentons, and both would work through their lunchtime to stay on track. Very open and honest when delays happened beyond their control, but always on time and happy in their work. I would highly recommend Craig Fentons work to anyone.
