    I reached out regarding a missing parcel and was initially disappointed after reading the online reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the staff. The security guard, Michael, was very kind and accommodating, making the experience a bit easier. A special thanks to Peter for taking the time to look into my issue.

    Unfortunately, I had to wait for about an hour and a half for an update, which was frustrating. In the end, it turned out that the package had been delivered to the wrong address. Thankfully, the driver was able to retrieve it and get it to me. While the resolution took longer than expected, I appreciate the effort from those who helped. Giving 2 stars because of the inconvenience caused towards me.

    Overall, the customer service was okay, but the delivery mistake and long wait time were disappointing.

    If I could rate Zero stars I would. The delivery service is an absolute joke I have been waiting over a week for a delivery and now they have rescheduled from today to Monday. There is no way of actually speaking to someone. They also reckon they tried delivering twice yet my ring video doorbell only shows once. What a disgrace of a delivery service. They are not an express service

    Packaged has ben 'attempted to be delivered' on 3 occasions and on each occasion no one has turned up. When trying to book a redilevery to a new address and being assured it would come the next day, no updates were given and no one turned up. Been waiting for this delivery for over 2 weeks now just sat in their depot.

    JUST RECEIVED A SORRY I MISSED YOU CARD. I HAVE BEEN HOME ALL THE TIME. CANT PAY DUTY BECAUSE FEDEX DOESNT RECOGNISE MY POST CODE WHERE I HAVE LIVED FOR 30 YEARS. VIRTUAL ASSISTANT USELESS. TRIED MESSAGING VIA TWITTER. NOTHING. UNBELEIVABLE!

    Terrible service! He said he went out to make my delivery and I didn't receive anything. At the end of the day at 6:30 pm I went to the warehouse and they didn't find my parcel. How can they not find a parcel? Bad bad bad

    Went to pick up a bike that wasn’t delivered. The guy at the gate was amazing. He was such great help in directing me where to go to pick up the bike! Thank you!

    Sadly there is not a 0 star option.

    They never attempt to deliver on time but they still mark the parcel as attempted, probably as soon as they collect it from barking warehouse.

    Without any doubt, Horrendous service.
