I had a terrible experience at Mail Boxes Etc. Angel Islington. They refuse to provide any receipts when dropping off parcels, which is concerning if you need proof of postage. They even prohibited taking a simple photo of the parcel as evidence, which seems unreasonable and unhelpful.

To make matters worse, the staff were very rude and condescending throughout the process. I wouldn’t recommend using their service—N1 Mailbox on New North Road is much better. They’re friendly, professional, and always provide receipts, making for a far more reliable experience. Avoid this location if you can.

FedEx have illustrated to me that they're willing to hand your valuable packages over to anyone in the general vicinity of your property. Whether or not that person lives there or is even signing their actual name is another matter and, from what I can gather; not FedEx's problem.

You're far better off asking the company you ordered your valuable goods with to launch said items in your general direction using a trebuchet.

DO NOT send anything via FedEx, they don’t collect parcels from their drop off points, my parcel stuck in their bloody drop off for 5 days now, no one is bother to pick it up and the customer service doesn’t exist and they don’t give a toss about you. (And FedEx don’t respond to this review, and ask me to pm you the details, because you won’t do shiit about it, stop pretend that you give a damn about your customers)

I would not normally leave a review for a parcel shop, but the guy working there is AWESOME!

I had to send some complicated paperwork to the US via FedEx including a return label, and he was able to professionally assist me with everything. He clearly knows what he is talking about, and is a true professional that knows what to do and makes you feel confident that your stuff is going to arrive well. 5 stars any day of the week!
