This place is great! Johncy was very patient and helpful and I was amazed to find my very important letter delivered to the US the next day, as promised! They also have a comfortable sofa where you can wait if necessary. A very colorful neighborhood as well. Highly recommend!

I am beyond frustrated with FedEx. My urgent medical item was delivered to the wrong person, and now I'm left scrambling. To make matters worse, there's absolutely no way to contact their office—it's like they don’t exist! I’ve tried everything to get in touch, but their so-called "customer service" is a joke. The AI system is completely useless and only adds to the frustration. It just keeps sending me in circles with no real solution or human help.

This isn’t just a regular package—this is something critical for my health, and they couldn’t care less. I trusted FedEx for something so important, and now I’m left with nothing. Totally unreliable and completely unhelpful. I will never use them again, and I suggest others think twice before trusting them with anything important. FedEx needs to seriously step up their game!

FedEx is an absolute disaster! My package, which contains a critical medical item, is marked as "delivered," but I NEVER received it. This is a serious issue, and to make things worse, I can't even get in touch with anyone from their office. There’s no way to talk to a human, and their AI system is absolutely terrible—it does nothing but send me in circles with no real answers or help.

This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the urgency of my item. I’ve never been so frustrated with a company. They clearly don’t care about their customers or the importance of the packages they’re supposed to deliver. If you’re thinking of using FedEx, DON’T! I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you need something important delivered. They’ve completely failed me, and I’m left with no solution!
