I honestly can't believe the service we just received. My partner ordered a chicken dinner kebab which it was not nor was he satisfied with it anyway as it wasn't the usual meat he has. We ring up & he speaks very nicely to explain & the woman who was the MANAGER I might add, to question him & tell him he is wrong & that he needs to email his order over to them. I could hear how rude she was therefore took the phone to ask why it was such a problem to resend the right order. She did not care & blamed my partner for being rude Said she won't send out another, mocked us by saying "who ordered it then? God" was quite happy to hear we wouldn't be ordering from them again & it was his fault for putting the wrong order in. She was vile & extremely rude. Never ever order from this place if you expect good service & good quality of food. We order from many places & never are ones to complain but this woman should be put out of business through her rudeness! Absolutely disgusted!!!

Food took over an hour longer than it should have. This is not the experience of just one order either, this is the 3rd time I have used them. Every order made has been late. They have continually ignored order notes about meals. When I have spoken to them calmly just asking them the whereabouts of my already late order, they then begin to fire abuse down the phone moaning. Terrible and disgusting people.

Ordered through Uber eats also and when asking for an update on there as food was over half an hour late, they then added another 1.5 hours onto the estimated time. So I phoned them again and got shouted at again. Never ordering again. Highly recommend everyone avoids them at all costs!

Never had an issue with this place but today they've delivered our food to a different address. Called the restaurant and they didn't want to know. They said it's our fault that it got delivered to a different address even though uber eats confirmed our address was correct. They said "we're not a bank, we don't do refunds. We just take money." They refused to deliver again. Never ordering from here again. Watch our people, if they decide to not deliver to you they will not refund.

Ordered through Uber eats, fast delivery and I got the mixed kebab for £9.99.
Loads of it, tasted pretty good as well but there was a lot of grease. I felt quite slimy afterwards (if that makes any sense at all to some😂). I'll order again to try other stuff but was happy with it over all. Just try to squeeze the grease out of your food before you eat it!

Ordered through just eat. Got most of order about from lumpy bumpy chocolate cake, Got in touch with just eat 2 mins after they have delivered the food. Told me they were going to deliver the cake within 10 mins. 2 hours later was still waiting, Got in touch with them again to be told it had already been delivered. What a bunch of liars, had 1 delivery and that was it won't be using them again will stay well clear.

Ordered the other day and it expected it to take 2 hours, instead it just never came then they refused to give a refund because they claimed they delivered it. When I spoke to them myself as Just Eat contacted them before they said there was a mix up somehow, unorganized I guess. So then they said we can send it out again and it didn't come yet again and they still have my money. Unless you want to give away your money and wait around for nothing go somewhere else

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! Absolute shambles. Firstly, their promise of 12pm-12am is a lie half of the time because the useless owner has no delivery drivers. If you DO get your food, it will be late, freezing cold and inedible. If you get a flyer shoved through your door, don't be fooled - you will be wasting your time and money. The flyer will be the only thing they actually deliver to your door. I hope they go out of business, they don't deserve to have one.
