SCAMMERS ‼️ Used them 2/3 times and always very disappointed with their service. As they said they posted our boxes on 25th November 2024 and they were received today, 28th February in Pakistan. Boxes were broken, damaged and ripped. Our few valuable items were STOLEN by the staff. We trust their service and spend our money and this is how they treat their customers. Unprofessional staff and Horrible service.

It’s understandable that parcels are late but customer service lady has absolutely no idea how to communicate and lie bluntly on your face. And at the end she said let me find out and I’ll call you back. Never got a call back from them.

Bad customer service, sent a parcel on 10th january, delivered on 22nd april. first of all parcel was delivered after 14 weeks and on top 4 items were missing from the parcel. I contacted office but all i get was "OK, i will report it" and nothing happened, not even an apology.

What a bunch of clowns, took about a month to get a refund on my overpaid insurance and then whenever you try and contact them they ignore you. Was told our shipment would take 45-55 days, it took almost double that time. They collected our household goods on the 25th of November 2023 in Qatar, they finally arrived in the UK at the end of February. I understand that there are issues in the Red Sea but the container only left Qatar on the 27th December. Additionally to this the local clearing and delivery agent in the UK sent FDC numerous requests for payment which they simply ignored and did not action. This led to the local delivery and clearing agent contacting me for payment. A hugely stressful experience. Payment was eventually made a day before the container arrived. The problem is that FDC did not answer requests for payment nor did they arrange that payment would be made the day before arrival. FDC is just very unprofessional, I would never use them again!!!

The only positive to this experience was the team that packed up my home, they were very good.

horrible, been using for manyyy years the least they owe is decent customer service, we sent a shipment in september that still hasn't been delivered in jan 2024. it was supposed to take 4-6 weeks as they mentioned. every time i ring to chase up on it they repeat the same stuff that we'll find out by the end of this week and when friday comes and i ring they say to ring on monday and we're stuck in the same cycle, so angry at them and then they have their attitudes and rudeness on display, pathetic stay away from this cargo service

DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE!

We sent our cargo on the 20th of September and were told it would take a maximum of 10 weeks to reach family in Pakistan. It is now the 22nd of January and we have not received our cargo. The manager of this place, Khurram, is an incredibly rude individual and holds his customers in contempt. The excuse has been that it is stuck in customs at Karachi, one can only infer that they sent entirely inappropriate contents in their shipping hence the entire load being detained for so long. They clearly have no communication or ability to deal with customs in Karachi, nor do they seem interested. They also offer no compensation for losses.

I would definitely advise against this service.
