Had a great experience buying the paint for £650 but when one of the colours was not at all like it was in store a very unhelpful reply in terms of replacing it (£122 of the order down the drain). When there is such a profit margin in the paint, surely farrow and ball are all about the service. That is what you pay for, shame it didn’t stack up to expectations.

Over the years all of the staff could not have been more professional and helpful with their time and advice. They have made some excellent colour combination suggestions and consistently taken the time to understand the rooms I’ve been repainting in two different properties.

Most recently Karen spent time advising and talking me through some stronger colours that might work in a small bathroom in Cornwall. I made a bolder than normal colour choice and love it!l

Thank you to all the wonderful staff who have helped me with decisions along the way. Oh and they are dog friendly too and always make a fuss of them.

Went in on a busy Saturday and the staff were clearly giving a good amount of time to each customer. Dario was very knowledgable about colour and bringing in light and gave us the confidence to ask questions. Northcote rd is a great place for getting interiors advice, so many brilliant shops giving good personal service. We had a great morning chatting to people.

Nice paint but absolutely no customer service. Rude, standoffish and unhelpful when asked a question. So many people out there would kill for a job and would actually put in effort and care.

The worst thing is this has been encouraged by corporate for over 2yrs now. Lots of reviews saying the same thing. Charlie from customer service reaches out with a generic email asking complainers to reach out for more details. Any action is clearly not taken so they are must happy with sales and not about the customers in any way.

This business should not be encouraged. Avoid

Dario was amazing in helping sort a minor paint issue. I’d called ahead and he’d reassured me that he could help solve it. Meant a tonne in what was already a stressful process!

The in-store team were really knowledgeable selecting a neutral for a shady north facing room.
