Exceptional level of service from Wayne at the Shrewsbury branch. We came armed with pencil sketches and ideas of what we wanted to create, in what was a challenging shaped bathroom.
With Wayne's advice, input and creativity, he designed a stunning bathroom / showeroom and a downstairs shower room.
Highly recommend. Nothing was too much trouble.

Spent hours over a few weeks with Anne, perusing a great choice of bathrooms. Her knowledge of suppliers and their products is second to none! I eventually narrowed the choices down and am so very pleased with everything I’ve purchased. 😃🙏Thank you Anne for all your patience and kindness. We visited the showroom a fortnight ago and spent around an hour with Anthony who gave us excellent help when looking at Air Source heating. We were so impressed with Anthony's knowledge on the subject. After doing more research over the past couple of weeks we found his information to be both accurate and insightful (unlike our proposed installer). He was able to accept that Air Source heating was not the solution for our property and pointed out the potential issues in regards to efficiency and performance given that we would require high temperatures to operate without doing the remedial work he suggested. Thank you Anthony for not pushing a system on to us that clearly wouldnt have been right and saving us thousands on a system that would not have operated as described by "other suppliers". Although we haven't purchased any goods from Farr and Harris on this occasion, we felt the need to leave a 5 star review purely down to the help, technical ability and integrity of this person and they are clearly a credit to the renewable industry.

Farr & Harris supplied our Air Source Heat Pump which was installed and commissioned by a heating engineer. Following a frustrating period of very poor performance and eventual failure, the after sales service we have enjoyed from Farr & Harris has been nothing short of exceptional. The time and patient advice we have received has transformed a catastrophe into a success.

Disgraceful service. Spent over £3000 on bathrooms, paid in full, in advance. Day before delivery I received a phone call to say I need to pay more because they had mad a mistake and if I didn't they would not deliver my suits. On arrival the only evidence they had was that a member of staff had hand written a different price on the ticket. The difference was £36.00 (approx 1.2%of total cost). I had to waste my time and fuel (which was far more than the extra cost) to correct a mistake they made to get the goods I had already paid in full to be delivered. Extortion springs to mind.
I would not spend another penny in this place because of there lack of integrity. I would advise very strongly that everyone thinks very carefully about purchasing from Farr and Harris. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

Absolute 5 star service! Anthony in the Sustainable Home Centre makes buying a heat pump to suit your requirements so simple. Great after sales and support also. Highly recommended!!!
