I had no prior dealings nor recommendations about this company. But I knew they had been in business a long time and that they were a family business . So ,this ,to me was important, a place where I could communicate at any time. throughout the project .So, I engaged them to refurbish my kitchen and this was not easy as the project involved using new ,and ,some existing components . It was done on time and no additional hidden costs were involved. The standards I expected were there and the whole team in their entirety were experienced and ethical people. All they were concerned about was that I, as the customer , got exactly what I asked for in all aspects … a quality company indeed.

Just bought some pantry units and had them fitted through family kitchens. The whole process was smooth, quick and their communication was excellent. The units are fantastic and the work the fitter did is brilliant, including some electrical work. Really cannot fault family kitchens, would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.
