Having had an awfully snooty experience and almost ignored in other F&F stores which led us to vote with our feet, we thought we’d visit the Bakewell store to see how welcoming that was. We had such a lovely welcome from the three ladies who couldn’t be more helpful. My partner was offered a glass of fizz while we had a good look around. We plan to go back next month to make a purchase or two. Thank you for excellent customer experience ladies. Top job !

Where shopping becomes an experience.
The coffee is really good and the sofa is nice and comfy, to ensure that you are comfortable while you wait for your other half. The staff are very friendly and are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Unusually, they are also knowledgeable about the local area.
Yes, the items they sell are not the cheapest, but the quality speaks for itself, and its one of those 'you get what you pay for.

Just visited this lovely store and the ladies in there were amazing after trying on many pairs of knee boots with their help patience and advice I’m waiting on my new lovely footwear . My Ublet and I were treated like royalty with a chilled glass of bubbles as well . I will definitely be back after Christmas Xx

I called in last Sunday to this fabulous store and was blown away. It looks lovely and has a warm inviting feeling, carries a great range of stock and is dog friendly. The staff are so lovely and the lady who was helping me went above and beyond. A great experience all around and I shall be back soon for a pre booked private appointment
