Could not recommend Exeter Kitchen Store enough!! Our kitchen designer, Lily was so lovely and attentive, she accommodated to our needs and budget.
We went with the recommended kitchen fitter, Dave who went above and beyond, was very competent and helped us with other various bits around the house including knocking down the wall to make the kitchen bigger. The 0% finance also helped us a lot in terms of affordability.
Overall, the experience was stress free and I love my new kitchen!

So pleased with our new kitchen supplied and fitted by Exeter Kitchens. From start to finish the process has been made so much easier with the design advice, and support from Dominic, and the fitting process overseen by the very capable Ryan! There were a few ammendments to the original design, a quick phone call to Dominic and all was sorted. Nothing was too much trouble. One very satisfied customer, thanks to Exeter Kitchens.

I would highly recommend Exeter Kitchen Store. Both Jack and Chris dealt professionally with some twists and turns created by our builder's crew. They remained focused on great customer care and helping us to calmly resolve matters so that we ended up with the wonderful Kitchen Jack helped us create.
I do need to add that the quality of the units is extremely good and affordable. Exeter Kitchens are brilliant and the other well-known Kitchen suppliers, we considered do not match the quality at all.

Dominic was brilliant, he talked us through the options, without being at all pushy, took his time to understand what we were looking for and delivered just that. He was really helpful from start to finish (and beyond - when we had a minor issue, which he promptly resolved). Our daughter and son-in-law recommend EKS after they had had their kitchen supplied by EKS and liked their personal service. We arranged an appointment with Dominic and found him to be very helpful - not pushy but making sensible suggestions and improvements. He took his time, we never felt rushed. Communication was good all the way through the delivery and several times, when an issue occurred, it was quickly resolved. The fitter was very impressed with the build quality of the units and the worktop company (used by EKS) was very helpful too and were very professional. We particularly like the deep drawers, the soft close feature on everything, the matt finish on the units, the Quooker tap, the adjustable drawer inserts, the under counter sinks .... I could go on!
All in all, we are very pleased with our new kitchen and the 3 year 0% finance was another great incentive to use EKS.

All I can say about this company is they are fantastic

We moved into a new build in 2021 and were left with what can only be described as a very budget builder grade kitchen. After deciding we could no longer live with the kitchen I did a quick google and these guys came up. Not a company I had heard of but looked at the reviews and social media pages and decided to give them a try. Called through and got a measuring appointment very quickly. From there we went into the store to see Dominic and this is where going with a smaller, local company really came into its own.

Dominic spent the time getting to know us and our style. He was incredibly patience even when we changed the range and design more than once. We had a few more sessions with him until we had the design for our dream kitchen.

With Exeter kitchen store you get a level of personalised service that is absolutely unrivalled in this area. They are transparent in approach and were even happy to give us some samples that enabled us to check the colour of the doors in the light of our house.

Delivery of the kitchen was seamless. The plans were easily to follow and the quality of the kitchen made fitting it for our carpenter quick and easy - even with bespoke features to the island.

If you are looking for a company that deliver quality services combined creatively I can highly recommend!
