Avoid this luggage service at all costs! Their business hours are unclear, prices are insanely high, and the staff are unbelievably rude. They handle your luggage roughly without a care and don’t even bother to apologize. The whole experience was frustrating and felt like they couldn’t care less about their customers. Definitely not worth it!

Rip off at an unbelievable scale. 10 Pounds per bag for 3 hours in excess baggage company. On the same trip we stored 5 of our bags for 24Hrs and paid 11 Euros in Brussels. Shameful profiteering with total support from National rail

If I could give this a zero I would. They would take the luggage of one person in our group. They charged us full price to leave our luggage less than 3 hours. Made me take everything out of my bag. They didn’t even bring all of our luggage to the storage area. It was left sitting out. Staff was not polite nor were they helpful. They were rude to other customers as well. Won’t ever use them again.

Takes a ridiculous amount of time to get to the counter. The queue wasn’t that long, there was probably about 20 people ahead of us and it’s taken us over 45 minutes to have our luggage taken. They need more efficient staff, they’re slow and just staring at us and walking around, there was 3 people there at one point and now only one person was doing the work. Only one x ray out of 3 was being used. By the time we were served there was at least 50 people behind us.

The prices charged here are a complete rip-off! They charge £15 PER BAG, for 24 hours. At the Brussels Midi train station they have an unmanned storage locker facility that charges only €11 for a large locker, that fits two pieces of luggage.

Awful and overpriced. £15 PER BAG for 3-24 hours and the guy sent my bag back through the XRay three times for “too many wires” (my kids’ headphones and charging cables) and a “battery pack” which was a light powered by 4 AA batteries. Ridiculous. I don’t get this kind of hassle on an international flight.

Ripoff Prices. I wanted to leave my luggage for 4hrs and that would set me back £15?

Instead went to Alhambra hotel (2mins walk away from here) where the storage there is located within a locked storage room, and only costs you £6 for the WHOLE DAY (I paid using card, unsure about cash)! Big plus that the staff there were really nice as well.

EBC is an overcharging company that capitalises on looking ‘official’.

There are plenty of other hotels around the area that will offer the same service for much less.
