Last week my husband and I paid a visit to Evesham Bathrooms, in Stratford-upon-Avon. True, it was at lunchtime, and the two visible members of staff were at their desks/computers eating their lunch. As the showroom was open, we came in and looked around. We were not disappointed in what we saw but the rudeness of the staff, who did not even acknowledge us, means we will be looking elsewhere for our new bathrooms. I like to shop locally, but in my opinion, customer service is key. I rate them two star out of fairness, for the gentleman did get to his feet without looking at us and turned the showroom lights on for us before scuttling back to the security of his desk. If they don’t want people to come at lunchtime then close the showroom, otherwise please provide a courteous service. Closing at lunchtime will, of course, alienate all those who have to fit things in during their normal working day, but I would rather have had to return than be subject to such utter disdain when I was a very genuine potential customer.
