We were doing a full house renovation on a new home we purchased. We wanted to have our dream kitchen. We visited a few kitchen showrooms to get an idea of what was possible. From all the ones we saw we were immediately drawn to Anna at Eternal Kitchen Ltd. What made Anna different to the rest she was professional yet on the same level as us. We spoke about what we visioned and she put it into place. A detailed drawing was done and after selecting the different worktops and cupboard finishes it was brought to life. The visuals were amazing.
As we had builders on site what really helped was Anna would liaise with the site foreman so that everything worked in sync. Anna would make a few visits to site to make sure her team were ready to go. On day of installation Anna’s team were on time and finished the job in 1 week (it was a very big kitchen) her team were clean, tidy and professional. Anna would also visit the site to make sure everything was ok and going to plan.
We’ve been in our new home for 18 months now and we had a couple of minor issues which Anna arranged for her installation guy to come over and put right all under warranty.
I would 100% recommend Anna at Eternal Kitchens Ltd. She is honest, polite and professional. She won’t give you the sales talk like we experienced with the other companies. She will listen to what you want and will make it happen. Honestly you get what you pay for and in a kitchen you can’t compromise on quality.
