We had Estu recommended to us by some neighbours and it proved to be a great recommendation !
We were very happy with Estu from the start to the finish of our kitchen replacement job. They are not the cheapest - but we felt it was easily worth the extra for the for the ease of dealing with the company, for their flexibility in design changes, for the attentiveness and work rate of the installation team, for the great quality of the kitchen and for making our kitchen dream become reality.
An excellent job and a company that we will go back to for future projects.

We bought a kitchen from ESTU and also had it fitted. Within weeks of the job being completed, we started to find issues. Some of which were bubbling cupboard doors and cloudy work tops. Upon contacting ESTU we were met with no help at all. There was no effort to resolve the issues and the only ways to describe the response to the complaints and problems, would be rude and aggressive. Even when speaking with the owner, we received nothing but a rude and uncaring response. Still have problems to this day. I would recommend anyone looking for a kitchen to do their research into this company and the other options available within town!

The kitchen was fitted for my Nan, hence why the reference does not match records. We tried to resolve the issue for months and achieved nothing!

I chose ESTU to project manage my new kitchen as we had new ceiling, floor and walls plastered, before the installation. After a couple of visits to the showroom I was given all the required information and a quote with no pressure sales. They arrived promptly on the due date, were courteous, professional and kept the kitchen clean. There was excellent coordination between the different tradesmen and most days a representative from ESTU visited my home to ensure everything was ok. I have a very awkward shaped kitchen and I am sure that this must have given them some challenges! All work is now completed to a high standard and I am delighted with my new kitchen. I would recommend this company 100%.

Having received excellent service when we had our kitchen and bathroom re-designed and fitted. After 2 years I contacted ESTU again as I had a problem with the AEG fridge, I was informed by Paul that it had a 5 year guarantee (all part of ESTU service) I contacted AEG as instructed and the fridge is being repaired next, Wed! Thank you again ESTU for such professional and helpful service - it is much appreciated.
Needless to say I have the highest regard for ESTU.

Estu are an excellent company we are just about to have our second kitchen installed by them at our new home. The attention to detail by the staff is excellent nothing is to much trouble and they listen to what your wish list is for your new kitchen and endeavour to put everything into the plan. We have no hesitation in recommending Estu.

Estu fitted our lovely new cooker. We did have an integrated one before so they had to take that out and cut the surface to size and remove the carcass. Very quick and excellent customer service. Would definitely use again (and will be when we get an integrated fridge!).

A really positive experience. I used ESTU for my new bathroom and en-suit, in addition to a new cooker, and installation of a Quooker boiling tap. I was really impressed with the work carried out, and the end to end communication from the sales team throughout. A shout out to Sarah, who helped me choose tiles for my bathrooms, to Chris for always being there when he said he would be, and for doing an amazing job (an exceptional tiler!!). To Craig for the installation of my oven, and my Quooker boiling tap, to 'Big Chris' for all his help, and to Jack and Will for the electrical works. A fantastic job was done all round. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use them again 🙂

I brought a new bungalow and wanted to add to the kitchen, I contacted them and they ordered the extras I wanted , delivered to my address next day. I dealt with Sophia and she sorted everything out for me . Brilliant service and it was only a very small amount.
