I write a few reviews every year, usually at both ends of the scale, the exceptionally bad companies and the exceptionally good. I am glad to say that Esher Bathrooms fall in the latter category.

First it has to be said that finding a good bathroom company is not an easy task! We visited a few in North Surrey, most of them had a slick website, but ultimately produced a very average design and jaw-dropping quotes.

So what is Esher bathrooms different?
Firstly, their designers (Aydin & Sajid) are excellent – they work to the clients brief and will source all the materials accordingly rather than trying to “recycle” an old design like most competitors do. They have access to a wide range of British but also international suppliers so your bathroom will be truly unique. If you are after a modern/ international design they will deliver it for you.
Having a great design is one think but executing it is where the tricky bit starts and where Esher Bathrooms really shone. They have an in-house install team led by Daniel. They delivered to exacting standards without trying to rush the job. The installers (Radek and Piotr in our case) are very experienced and multi-skilled. Having completed a few projects over the years, I can say that the quality of the plumbing and tiling was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Finally: the after sales. There is one person following your project end to end until the clients are totally satisfied.

In summary, I have no hesitation in recommending Esher Bathrooms. They are a relatively new company but all the staff have many years of experience in the industry and I think they bring a unique proposition at a competitive pricing given the quality of the finished product. We also appreciated the fact that they were totally transparent with the pricing so you know exactly what you are paying for - there are no nasty surprises or supplements along the way.
Well worth a visit if you are passing around Esher!

We had a great experience with the team at Esher bathrooms from the design process, through to site survey and then completing the project. Aydin and the team were incredibly responsive, nothing was too much trouble and Daniel’s on site team worked incredibly hard to get it done as quickly as possible. The on-site team were great, everything was kept clean and tidy and we even had a cleaning visit part way through. Would definitely use for future projects. We also though they were great value for money.

I cannot recommend Esher Bathrooms enough. We absolutely love the end result and it was a great experience start to end. Some highlights:
-Choosing to go ahead was easy as the project team listened to our brief in the design phase and we immediately liked the look and feel with not much back and forth needed. It was also really helpful to go through quote variations based on different finishes, to choose items in a way that best suited our budget.
-Generally a lot of communication and responsiveness - whether our questions were around changes to quotes, updates on materials, or even helping us out with issues with the extraction fan after completion.
- The site team was great. Very skilled, hard working and a pleasure to have around. Ours wasn't an easy job as the bathroom hadn't been refurbed since '84 and nothing seemed to stump them. We felt involved in key decision points which was important to us.
