Initially suggested by our bathroom fitter, Suzy was great help in planning the layout and guiding us through fittings. Colour samples were sorted for the items they did not have in the showroom, then deliveries and after sales were all very well handled. Recommended.

HPS have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. My bathroom fitter recommended HPS in Epsom to me and I am so glad he did. The showroom has a good selection of products which helped me get an idea of what I wanted. The advice and guidance that Suzy provided was second to none. I’m a novice when it comes to choosing and installation of new bathrooms, so it was critical for me to have the helpful suggestions of someone like Suzy. With Suzy’s help, I think as able to achieve a much better layout to maximise all of the space. Suzy gave me suggestions of fittings that would work week, and their diverse range of suppliers, meant I could find the bath of my dreams. The finished product is even better than I could have imagined. So happy with every product I chose and with the fantastic support and customer service from Suzy. Absolutely would recommend!!!!

Very pleased with the service we received from HPS. Suzy was great in helping us with the design and identifying suitable products. Due to a product alteration we were a part short when it came to the fitting and HPS sourced it as quickly as they could and even personally delivered it. The staff who answer the phone very were good and always phoned back if there was any issue outstanding. Not planning to do another refit anytime soon but will use HPS next time!
