I had a terrible experience with the customer service team. The representative I spoke with was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of helping me with my issue, they were condescending and unprofessional, cutting me off several times mid-sentence. When I asked for clarification, they were impatient and unwilling to explain things properly.

It’s incredibly frustrating to be treated this way, especially when simply seeking assistance. I expect a company to prioritize respectful and helpful customer interactions, but this experience was the complete opposite. I will seriously reconsider doing business with them in the future.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the need for proper customer service training.

Just to add, for your info, that I found the part I was looking for. I used Google images until I found a diverter cartridge that looked similar, measured against it and ordered the part as above. Hope that helps if anyone else comes in with a similar issue!

I needed to buy a thermostatic valve for my shower. I had no idea of the make but they were able to identify the correct valve immediately. I was impressed that it was so straightforward as I had been to a few suppliers without any success.
