I’ve worked with Elgar on two development projects: a farmhouse in Hallow and ten apartments in Bromsgrove. Their showroom is an incredible source of inspiration, offering a wide range of designs and finishes to suit any style. Lisa has an exceptional ability to turn my design briefs into stunning kitchens that align perfectly with my vision and budget.

The kitchens themselves are of excellent quality and have become a standout selling point for our properties. The customer service and design team have been outstanding—always responsive, professional, and proactive in resolving any issues that arise.

We first visited the showroom on a friend’s recommendation, after spending hours at high street kitchen suppliers and not wanting to ever step foot in one ever again 😂

We have been extremely impressed by the customer service. Lisa handled our initial enquiry, followed by Jordan who created the design and worked with us to get the perfect plan! Jordan was excellent and nothing was ever too much trouble.

The kitchen was delivered on time, with a slight manufacturing defect, which was dealt with promptly and professionally and resolved as soon as possible. Tracy visited the house to check on the manufacturing defect in person and kept us updated throughout the process to replace, even sourcing temporary doors in the interim!

As a carpenter/joiner for nearly 37yrs and fitting kitchens since 1992 I can highly recommend Elgar kitchens. From a design point of view the designers go above and beyond to make sure a quality fitter has absolutely no problem when it comes to the fitting process. The product itself is of the highest quality and having fitted kitchens for over 30yrs these really are the best and easiest to fit( as you would expect from a quality product) from a fitters point of view I always recommend Elgar as the attention to detail and customer care has always been of the highest quality! I might just add that I’m not the easiest tradesman to please either but the team and product make my job and the whole process of the kitchen fit easy. Big up Elgar team! The best around

I would recommend EK to anyone looking to buy a kitchen.
From the very start, the choice of kitchens was excellent, offering a superb range of styles and colours.
We were really happy with the design we were offered and were given plenty of suggestions we had not thought of, and any of our own ideas/needs were easily incorporated.
I took on the daunting task of installing the kitchen myself and found that due to the quality of the units (and the fact the units arrived pre assembled,) I found this process to be relatively easy and any problems I did encounter with parts or installation help were answered quickly.
