Awful experience! Ordered a radiator which was dispatched the next day (looked promising). Courier company XPD still has the radiator almost 3 weeks after dispatch.... now waiting for a refund from Elegant Showers which could take up to 7 days. Will never use ES again.

Dining table for 4 people is extremely small, the wood finish is very yellow orange not at all like in pictures. Phone number is not working when you try to call ….. return is not free …. Just disappointed .

I contacted the company to request a return outside of eBay’s 30-day window, and they agreed to process a refund if I covered the return postage. I returned the item via tracked delivery, which they confirmed receiving. However, no refund was issued, and despite numerous attempts to contact them since, I have received no response.

Extremely disappointing experience—avoid this company at all costs. They are untrustworthy and have effectively stolen my money.

When I called to discuss they said they have my order number and have received the item at their depot however somehow they’re not the seller then they hang up. When I call back they just hang up on me straight away.

Very dodgy company.. absolutely useless, if you work don't expect to order from here as they don't no when delivery is so you have to wait in for 6 days to guess delivery day. Totally start to ignore you if you have a problem . Lucky my and my business partner skipped this joke of a company and spent are £7000 grand somwhere else... company like you won't last forever with no returning customers.

Purchace a radiator 18 months ago paint is cracked and flaking. Nothing from customer services. Well over £100 spent. I wouldn't bother!
I did contact customer services and was ignored. Just contacted them again.... we will see....

Purchased a vanity unit basin and toilet set from them. Straight away the toilet pan was faulty and was cracked internally. Within less than 18 months the basin and toilet worktop material has blistered and needs to be replaced. I’ve tried to get them to respond for over two weeks but as soon as they realised I had an issue with their products all contact from them ceased as I stated the issue that’s occurred isn’t normal wear and tear and should be covered under their guarantee policy. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR THEIR EBAY SHOP!

Product is ok but contacting the sales team is shocking and the phones are disconnected and then the delivery system is pants ..ordered screen and then a piece was missing and unable to get the second piece on time
And they can pass the buck onto the courier !!

As an Interior Design business, I have purchased numerous items from Elegant Showers for various bathroom projects. I ordered a LED mirrored bathroom which went missing with DHL. (Not Elegant Bathrooms fault). However, emails I sent regarding this were bounced back. When I rang to cancel the order which was lost, I was told that I needed to email. When I explained that I couldn't email due to emails bouncing back, I was met with a disgusting, couldn't care attitude, and a sarcastic "Your'e Welcome!!" I was speechless. Extremely poor customer services. I will never ever order again and I certainly don't recommend this company.
