I recently bought two bathrooms from Ebberns and received excellent service.
The quality of the bathrooms and tiles was a really high standard.
Tom was most helpful in guiding me through the process, listening to what I was looking for and helping me make decisions. Nothing was too much trouble and it felt like he was personally invested in it.
I would very much recommend Ebberns to anyone.

Delighted with our new bathroom refurbishment, with many thanks to Ian at Ebberns for his invaluable help and advice. It was great to be able to look at the items we chose in a showroom, rather than choosing from on-line websites (as some other potential installers had suggested previously).

We our thrilled with our bathroom, which we renovated earlier this year with Ebberns. We spent months talking to different bathroom designers in the area and Ebberns were the best by a mile. They had better products and the people were so friendly and knowledgable. We cannot recommend our designer Bev enough. She was absolutely brilliant, she helped guide us through everything, she was incredibly patient and super supportive and responsive throughout the whole process. If we ever need any bathroom projects in the future, we will be calling Bev. Thank you Ebberns, I used to hate my bathroom and now I love it!

Great service from Ebberns, Angela helped us to design the new layout of the bathroom to make the most of a small space, and make sure we got the style suite that we were after.

Visited Ebberns to see whether they had a flexible hose with 22mm push fit at both ends . Found the member of staff who dealt with me so helpful and knowledgeable making sure I had the correct fitting for the purpose I required it for. Apart from the knowledgeable staff the store has every type of fitting and tool a plumber might require either as a professional or as a DIY enthusiast such as myself in fact the more unusual items the Screwfixes or Tool Stations might not carry. Having read the reviews of other customers I can only heartily concur. Thank you for providing such excellent service!

Disappointed with plumbing parts - went in for advice-but seemed clueless-I bought stuff which was more than double the price elsewhere before VAT - also felt like I was a nuisance. Independent stores can only work if they are offering something more for buying products that are double the price of others.
