Absolutely fantastic work.the advice lee and Sarah gave on my bathroom was brilliant. I changed my mind so many times, they were patience personified. They kept me in the loop all the way through.As for Adam the fitter I don't think I have met such a hard and professional worker. After having the whole bathroom refitted due to a water leak I am really pleased with the result & would highly recommend Easy-Bathe. Had a utility room measured and planned over 4 months ago.
Still waiting to see the plans and be given a price for the work required.
Have been in the showroom on the High Street 6 times and each time been promised a phone-call
later the same day with a price and a promise to email a copy of the plans. They would vermently refuse to give me the price for the work in the shop. WHY?
I have come to the conclusion Toledo are and never have been interested in this work and instead of telling me that this is the case they just ignored all my requests and fobbed me of with hollow promises.
If you are considering using Toledo to carry out any work get a confirmed commitment from the owner that they are serious in completing your project
You may notice I have given a 1 star rating, that is because I could not award a no star rating.
