Couldn't fault anything with Jamie's work. The end result, an ingeniously designed and exquisitely executed bathroom, is one thing - but he also proved to be very patient, flexible, and a very friendly presence around the house. Although he does almost everything himself, Jamie also brings in excellent tradesmen to take care of particular aspects of the job - and that team were great to have around too. The quote given was accurately reflected in the final price. Very highly recommended.

Jamie and Tyrone replaced our shower just recently. There was some damp behind the tiles so it wasn’t totally straightforward. Not only were they very skilled and did a fantastic, professional job, but are also really great guys. The shower looks amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Unfortunately we had a very negative experience with East London Bathroom Fitters. The estimated time was two weeks to complete the bathroom, which is quite small/simple in terms of the work needed. Things started off okay, although the communication was never very strong and Jamie would often show up late and leave early, some days not showing up at all. Around week five we were getting anxious that the delay was so long, despite no unforeseen circumstances. Then the fitters took their tools and ghosted us, stopped showing up and would not respond to messages or calls. At this point our bathroom was not close to finished – toilet not flushing properly, no grout or seal on any tiles, lighting not installed, etc. We had no shower and hardly a toilet, and this is our only bathroom. Plus I am 7 months pregnant. We had to scramble to find new fitters and we were lucky to find people we trust and who are now completing the job quickly. It came at a large delay and extra cost. However, the new fitters have showed us how many shortcuts Jamie took and honestly I am happy that he’s not finishing the job because the work was poor quality. I am still in shock that someone could behave so unprofessionally and never apologize or give any explanation, especially because he knows we are expecting a baby soon. Truly the worst building experience I’ve had, and I caution anyone who is looking at this company to reconsider.
