I needed a replacement bin for a discontinued Vauth Sagel Waste Bin System purchased in 2017 from East Coast Kitchens. The manufacturer, their UK distributor Hafele, and East Coast Kitchens were all very helpful assisting me to make a special order. Just over two years ago, I purchased a Clearwater mixer sink tap from eastcoast kitchens Ltd, unfortunately the hot tap developed a constant drip.
I called eastcoast kitchens and the very helpful Lorraine has got this issue all sorted for me in about 7 days.
I cannot praise there professionalism enough, if only other businesses could be like this.
I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

We had an issue with a pull out waste bin we bought from East Coast Kitchens in February this year. I contacted them about it and the response and service we got was excellent. Had a problem with my first sink (delivery was prompt and professional) and noticed a scratch on it. The return and delivery of new sink was prompt.
