I absolutely love the candle and scented oil section. But on both occations I'm popped in for a bedsheet, they're the cheapest and the right depth for my bed. 🛏
The customer service was absolutely splendid, at checkout I was served by Jackie.
I had a £1 Christmas scented candle, but I would've liked a second.
Jackie took note of this and got some more and another pair of Christmas scented ones.
I bought all of them! They were lovely. ♥🕯
That's exactly the kind of above and beyond kinda of customer service I wouldn't even expect. It was just a lovely thing to do and she did. So thank you Jackie. ☺️

I absolutely love Dunelm.
Main reason for going was to collect a prize I'd won through Facebook. My son took me.
We had to have a look round of course. I'm sure this is the biggest branch I've been to. It stocks everything household that you'd expect, but much more selection. The shop is huge!
A big plus was seeing a staff member in most areas, something a lot of stores don't have.
The shop was clean, as tidy as it could be, no empty spaces, and was pleasant to walk round.
The instore cafe looked nice, reluctantly we didn't have chance to use it due to our own personal reasons.

I collected my prize at the till when we went to pay. There was more than I thought. We met the lovely Annie.
We were hoth very impressed and will definitely visit again, even though it's not the nearest to us.

Wheatley Hall Road Doncaster - Great shop lots of choice...the best Dunelm around, really hard working staff always polite friendly and approachable and always go the extra mile for their customers...all deserve a pay rise

We went here to buy some pillows. The shop was pretty much exactly like any other Dunelm shop. Like many other chains, layouts seem to be standardised regardless of location. Anyway, we found quite a number of pillows, but not the combo that we always buy. We found where they should have been, but the bay was empty. We eventually found a staff member to ask if they had any in a store room, but she was quite offhand, saying if it's not in the bay then there are none in store. She said we could always order online as she had no idea when they would come back into stock 'as they are so popular'. Not great customer service in my view, but then I'm probably foolish to expect better.
