Poor all round. Fitted cupboards badly as they started to fall apart; damaged plumbing fittings which were not repaired when requested. Colours for the cupboards were not even uniform. Poor quality at a premium high quality price. I would definitely think twice before using these people.

IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND PAY ALOT OF MONEY FOR CHEAP WOOD AND MATERIALS GO AHEAD AND PURCHASE FROM HIM.

First of all when it came to asking for money he immediately asked for it and the did not put the wardrobes on until about 1 1/2 month later, Yes I accept that you may have alot of orders but that DOES NOT MEAN you ask for the money and not fit them in.

Secondly after telling him to do all the wood cuttings outside when I came back from work, all the floorboards , walls etc were full of dust and our belongings like clothes were also full of dust too. At least have the deceny to respect other peoples belongings when they’re not present (even though my son was home too and told him). Just because I was not there doesnt mean you ignore my son. RUDE Even after telling him to do it outside PRIOR to starting the work.

A couple of months after, the silver strip used to cover the wood starting coming off even when no one touched it. This happened on the dressing table, the wardrobes just under the lights, inside the wardrobe where there is a draw that top part of the came off too, all the strips are popping out. Also the draws got dropped down and the roller things were getting stuck even though there was nothing in that draw weighing it down. Also the strips for the shoe wardrobe came off from the side which cut my finger.

After constantly ringing him he finally decided to pick up my call. (God knows how many times I rung him, I lost count) he promised that someone will come yet no one came, one month later he turned up and did it. Later it came off again, I have given up with his cheap, poor quality materials. My mum wanted fitted wardobes I told her to avoid these lot at all costs. Instead I got number from someone else another bespoke fitter who did a excellent job and charged less money, but better quality. They look better than mine even though I got charged more. AVOID!!!!

Edit my reply from the owner: Why would I take this much time out to lie about someones bussiness When it won’t affect me if he has more/less sales! All I’m trying to do is warn people so that their hard earned money is not going to waste and they don’t get ripped off badly. I’m not the only person having problems after problems look at the others peoples revoew they say same thing because its true. He probably end deleting the 1 star reviews. Just had my shoe wardrobe side strips replaced by another fitter and they’re better and are deffo more premium quality.

Good quality and good materials ,my friends got the bedroom done in 2 days...just remember (disrespectful customer have disrespectful workers)....some tea and cookies and no stress will make it easier ....MY FRIENDS LIKE THE JOB !!!

These people are greedy for money. Rang 3 to 4 time for a quote and never came. Waste time dont bother with these people.
