I would not recommend using dreams. I have thought long and hard about whether or not to post this review but ultimately feel I have no choice.
Communication and customer service awful once they have your money.
We had our kitchen originally fitted in February 2023 and now in March 2023 it is still not complete.
We had a lot of help and consultation during the design faze and ended up spending a lot more than expected. Which is not a problem if you are getting your dream kitchen. We were very clear that our kitchen was the family hub and that our children were constantly in there “helping” cook and enjoying messy play.
Issues started during the installation. Things were not ordered and we were told that oh we didn’t discuss that. Luckily the fitter stood up for us and that was sorted. We had ordered a fancy pull down insert which wouldn’t fit, its removal damaged the cupboard and this was not replaced. We were refunded (eventually) as this was a design issue. Cupboard still not fixed and damaged.
The doors to our large unit were not as agreed but we accepted that and we were also missing the correct insert for a cupboard but we agreed to continue with these changes. Annoying but not a massive issue.

The main issue is our original kitchen was not fit for purpose. Within two months the doors on the bottom half started peeling. This started an 18 month battle to get this resolved. We sent pictures and had some doors replaced, these also peeled within a month. We met with the manufacturers and dreams and eventually in December 2024 the whole bottom half of our units were replaced. We had to threaten legal action to get a response. However, we are missing a trim at the top and also a panel still needs replacing on the bottom. We were told the fitter would be back in February and he wasn’t. We have chased and been told he is on holiday and will be in contact. It is now nearing the end of March and we have heard nothing.
Communication has been awful, if you are not constantly chasing you do not hear anything. There has been no apology or no desire to make things right.
We spent nearly £40k on a kitchen and we have had nothing but trouble and it is still not finished 25 months later. It has been the worst most stressful experience.

Last year we had our bathroom en-suites designed and installed by Dream Kitchens, Bathrooms and Bedrooms. We were extremely happy with the en-suites that we asked Dream to design and fit our main bathroom this year.
The main reason for choosing Dream is due to Jay’s expertise and ideas to design a bathroom that would best suit us. Jay was attentive to every detail including recommending changes to our boiler/tank to ensure we were getting the right water pressure. The design and fitting is stylish, practical and of superior quality. Jay managed the projects from start to finish and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for bathroom work.

Jay and his team have been brilliant from start to finish. The bedroom furniture order was delivered on time and installed by an excellent carpenter. The quality of the finished wardrobes and internals are superb and the additional chest of drawers are all perfectly scribed into the existing skirting for a great finish. We used Dream Kitchens & Bedrooms because they were capable of taking on a difficult and unusually shaped bedroom in a quirky old house. It certainly presented Jay with a challenge. We are delighted with the finished product, with a range of quality fitted wardrobes on both sides of our bedroom. We are delighted with our new kitchen from Dream Kitchens. We went to 2 companies for designs and quotes and found that Dream Kitchens gave us the design that met all of our requirements.

When we met with Jay he listened to us, offering suggestions and discussing the layout, cupboards, work surfaces etc until we were happy with every detail. Jay works hard on the details, giving plenty of time for discussions ensuring he is providing the best service he can and the kitchen that we wanted.

Spencer and Tom who fitted the kitchen were very professional and friendly; leaving the kitchen area clean and tidy even after the ceiling had been pulled down!

The new kitchen layout has transformed the room; it is far more spacious and a delight to cook in. We would not hesitate to recommend Dream Kitchens.

After being messed around with hidden costs, ect from other kitchen companies, it was a refreshing experience to deal with a company that include everything with no hidden costs. And Jay is so polite and professional and we left him to design our kitchen and we couldn't be more pleased. Everything explained from the beginning and we were pleasantly surprised with the cost. After our kitchen is completed we will be returning to have our bathroom done. Had the kitchen done now and I i couldn't be more pleased, the kitchen is beautiful and I have more than double the storage. The team were great from beginning to the end

Jay from Dream Kitchens spent a long time with us discussing our requirements and suggesting ideas we hadn't considered. He produced a design that met all of our requirements and more.

Spencer and Tom who fitted the kitchen were very professional and friendly and in particular tidied up every evening. Spencer also kept loss of utilities to a minimum so that we were able to use our cooker, washing machine and fridge/freezer much more than we were expecting.

The new kitchen layout has transformed the room; it feels far more spacious and is a delight to both cook and eat in. We would not hesitate to recommend Dream Kitchens.

Dream Kitchens have just completed a refit of our bedroom and despite having slight reservations as we had no experience or knowledge of this company previously, we are delighted with the finished result. From the moment we met Jay we were very impressed and encouraged with his welcoming approach and friendly attitude and most importantly expert product knowledge.
He visited us on several occasions to ensure that everything would go to plan and to address any small concerns that we had. Nothing was too much trouble. He kept us fully informed throughout. Carl the fitter was again very experienced and helpful throughout and we are extremely pleased with the quality and finished product. In fact we are now about to follow up with another order for a second bedroom. Thank you Jay and Team. We would highly recommend your company.
