On behalf of another. Went into shop to enquire and met the fitter who was rude and was reluctant to even greet them. Went to get a quote from him, which involved little consideration into what they wanted. Any suggestion was impossible if it meant more hassle. Quoted over £10,000 just for new doors (granted the doors needed are no longer standard). They rejected it and instead got the appliances and a abandoned the doors, with nothing too big for the contractor for less than 30% of the fitter's quote. Really makes me wonder how the business expects to survive with such bad service.
