Just out of interest, following My earlier review about a single square inch of a strange mark on one of Our worktops seemingly needing ALL worktops to be replaced, We wonder if aftersales service at this company has improved?
It would be pleasant if the very hard of hearing receptionist (obvious wind up!) Has been pensiond off

Positives: initial consultation and assistance in providing guidance on colours and products was helpful. Good quality doors and sink. Remedial work undertaken was a remarkable improvement, in comparison to a shocking initial installation. I was asked to remove pictures once rectification complete. Rectified within the contracted timescale.

Negatives: initial fitting was 100% shocking. This was agreed by the company. Still not sure of the finish of the worktops. I felt the attitude after signing contract was significantly lacking. Plastering finish was left to me to complete. I have had the handles replaced several times and live in hope the recently replaced ‘Swarovski’ embellished handles don’t change colour again as the previous ones have. Wouldn’t recommend buying those handles but the company have replaced every one, more than once. All in all Significant Stress caused and not an enjoyable experience in the slightest. I have a kitchen I like but the experience has detracted from being happy with the overall end product.

Definitely not worth the £12.5k paid.

Would I recommend? Not a chance. Wish I had shopped around. This caused me serious stress.

Was asked to remove my original pictures of shocking installations several times. I have as it’s been rectified.
